The Usha Stud’s Northern Dancer horse Razeen Climaxed a brilliant classic
season when his Sunil Jhangiani – owned daughter Warsaw Pact just headed the
Indian Derby and Invitation winner Southern Regent, also by Razeen, out of
the Indian St Leger in Bombay on Sunday. Both the first two were bred at
Ameeta Mehra’s Usha nursery. The Shapoor Mistry – bred Diffident gelding
Aperitivo finished third, and another son of Razeen, Formidable Force, was
forth. |
